weather loaches-good as feeders?

the weather loaches are pretty cheap here....a dollor for half of pound...like 70-90 fishes for a dollor {6 yuan}
here the dont have "regular feeders"....best example is guppies...they are soo expensive,like 4 fishes for a dollor,and they are smaller than the loaches,too small...

Wow, a dollar for half a pound is cheap. Do they breed easily? Guppies are easy to breed so I wonder how come they're so expensive?

donno how they breed {loaches}...but yeah they are found allmost everywhere this cheap as feeders...
as for guppies,i find it strange but they are rare to find here in the markets....in an odd chop or two...

Man, wish I could get feeders for that cheap. Even the 'cheap' feeders here put you back a few $$$ for a dozen. You have many blessings!!

being in china helps...yesterday i took a pound of these loaches frm the LFS i always buy the fish from...and he gave me 4 of these measuring 15 cms each for free...they are too big to feed my SH's so i put them into my community tank
