While im on the internet researching rays to further my knowledge, and Im finding that there are a bunch of sites giving horrible information to ray keepers all over the world. Look at these ones

they're saying that motoro's and leo's can be kept in a 100 gallon (are you kidding me). Also look at the state these animals in these pictures are. They're skin and bones. Im always wondering how so many people can think that its ok to keep these rays in that kind of space, but now I see that they're given miss guiding information.

Ya leos deffinetly get 15" acroos and a 39 in diameter motoro can go into a 100 haha ya that web is pretty bad

When getting info from the internet, it's always best to get the info from multiple sourses to confirm that it is valid.

ya, I understand that, lol its just common sense, I just can't believe the bad information on the site, and this isn't the only one, there are many more. I just feel bad for the people who don't know alot about stingrays and go and blow there money away and then the ray dies because of miss guiding information.

Ya i was givin bad info from my fish store and now im stuck building/buying a pond after the first of the year. I cant wait though more room for fish

Sadly this is the information given not just about rays but fish in general. Oscars require 20g, goldfish can live in a bowl, fish only grow as large as their tank allows. It's all bogus. You gotta be careful where you get your information from.

Extremely agree with that. THats why i ask my ? on here every one nos the answers. And u get more than one oppinion

those are some funny links
