harley is the 5th pic one of those pics you have to squint and turn your head sideways to see anything? cause im seeing nothing except plants (i assume by cleaning vanguard theres some sort of bottom feeder or crab or something in the pic)

Howdy,

I introduced one red crab (pic in original post). Quite a few more are currently in quarantine. The tank is so heavily planted that I will never see them again, even if the Ps don't get to them. Maybe I'll find them above the water line again at some point

cute crab. I had couple in one of my old tank before, one was eaten and one ran away couple times. they were actually eating my driftwood...not sure why but they are great with left over meat between gravels.

really love that tank! love the aquascaping and the crabs are something i never saw before in a p tank and i like it.

Ive never seen cleaning vanguards before. Did you have to mail order them or did you find them at your LFS?
Also what is your background. It looks incredible.
