Weening lil endli's off live worms... tricks, tips?

weening can be really hard. I have a Ornatipinnis who wont cooperate
He eats but not as much as when i was givin him live blood worms and nightcrawlers. If i throw in a live worm, nomatter if he just ate hell attack it. Now he eats like once ever 3 days... and what he eats is super irregular, sometimes hell eat smelt, sometimes a piece of shrimp, sometimes dead bloodworms... i cant figure out his favourite though...
