I want to gain about 12 to 15 pounds in 2 months. #1 is this possible? I lift close to every day with an off day about once or twice a week and always drink whey protein after. I don't want to take creatine because I feel like creatine is like cheating. I also eat as much as I can but my weight gain is still slow. #2 are there any other ways I can gain weight or should I just keep doing what I have been doing?

Eat McDonald's daily. Only big macs. U will gain weight quick lol.

First off you should join a bodybuilding forum and ask questions there .. Most people here can only help your fish gain weight not you yourself.
Second .. U need plenty of protein, you need 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight.
And no you will not gain 15lbs in 2 months of muscle unless you are on illegal steroids

I would take two grams of protein per pound of body weight. What I do is have a protein drink in the morning, after a workout and before bed. Eat a lot of chicken and meats with veggies to. I also take amino acids after a workout, it helps with muscle recovery and slightly gives you an advantage to gain weight. Also I don't know how much cardio you do but I would do a 3:1 ratio, every three days of weight lifting do 1 day of cardio. Another thing to help gain weight is to get a good amount of sleep. And as for creatine DO NOT TAKE THIS! It does nothing to help you gain weight for Long term advantages. All it does is put water weight in your muscles and makes your muscles swell up to make you look bigger, and gain a little weight. But once you stop taking it your muscles will lose this water weight and you will also lose the weight you thought you gained.

Oo and also maybe change your protein every couple of cycles. I kind of feel like your body starts to get used to the same protein. So maybe after three cycles of whey, take a month of detox and just do all carbs. I take carb matrix and just drink that. Then after about a month of detox you are good to start taking protein again. One this gives your kidneys a break from all of the protein, and two the mixture of carbs and protein will greatly boost your muscle and weight gain.

Find a site that will help you with your caloric needs. I use fitday(dotcom). I personally go 40/40/20. (protein/carbs/fat). Eat over your maintence level, but eat clean. We can't really offer specific advice, as we have too little info on you.

If you are against creatine, I hope you aren't eating red meat..... I dont take it myself, but I also dont consider it cheating, it's in the red meat that you are eating.
