If you had the 90 empty you could use it as a grow out for the other piranhas and then add them to the 300 so it's not so much of a size difference. And I don't see a problem keeping a rbp in a 125? They'd be happy in there no problem

Thx for the info guys.. I'd use the 125 but I don't have a stand for it and I don't wanna keep it on the floor.. so when I get the 300g ill put my big boy in it and use the 90 for the smaller rbps.. anyone in tn want some free fish? Lol

Get some cinder blocks or wood and buld a stand.

in a 300, you can do a school of i think 6 to 8, but it would take some time for them to grow out to be the size of your original one.
dude what are you talking about?? in a 300 gallon you can do way more than 8, each rbp need atleast 20 gallons per fish, rbp acctually grow pretty fast in the first year, anyways i think that for better info this should have been posten in the piranha section

actually one needs a 100 ( 5 foot ) then 25 gallon per so 8 RBP ( and the OP didnt specify if its a pacu or piranha, just RBP.. could mean both. ) one piranha 100 gallons, then for every piranha is 25 gallons so for 8 thats 275 gallons for 8 piranhas.. so 300 for 8 should be big enough...

Its a piranha.. and I was thinking about gettin 4 more.. so 5 would do well in a 300g?
