So, my little retic seemed to be doing so much better. She was eating with vigor yesterday, and was very active and exploring the tank, even with the light on.

She seemed fine this morning, but I was in a hurry to leave for work, so I didn't get to take a real close look at her. I was just checking on her, and I noticed there is a yellow/off-white material covering most of her left eye. There is also a patch of this on her head between her eyes. In addition, it looks like the tip of her tail got broken somehow, as it is now at a weird angle, and some fungus has appeared at the site of the break. I've included pictures, but I can't seem to get any really good detailed ones. I'll keep trying.

Any ideas? Recommended treatments?

salt and clean water. i would also buy a healthy ray next time.

salt and pristine water as mentioned by vamptrev.... can you get clearer pix of the eyes? and i think the ray is too skinny to handle any stress from meds now...

Yes, she's extremely underweight, I get that, I've been dealing with it. But now there is this weird growth or mold/fungus covering her left eye, and some fungus on her tail. Any opinions on that?

I'll add some salt after the water change. So no meds to recommend because she's so skinny?

none with out clearer pix of the eye..... salt at 2 pounds per 100 gallons

This is about as clear as I can get it. I'll try again when she gets close to the front glass again.

The growth, or whatever it is, is almost completely covering the eye, and comes to a point above her head.
