It actually got a labeled "Wild Cuba" but doesn't look like a Cuban Gar to me.

interesting fish for sure...i could see it being an unusual Cuban given what we can see of the unpaired fin striation pattern. if you can find any more pics of this fish please post! would be interesting to find out if this is a naturally occurring phenomenon with some of the wild fishes out there.--
