Weird Question, but any freshwater fish that can bite fingers off?

Over here Black Piranhas cost an arm and a leg.

You know? I thought piranhas are small schooling predatory fish, due to games, movies and all that, but learning that they're actually quite huge is kinda mind-blowing.
