Weird stuff in tank.

do a 50% water change every other day for a wek, so 3 changes, and vacuum the gravel each time. the worms are just bacteria that usually live in the gravel and take care of excess waste, but they come out if there is too much waste 'cause it chokes them and cuts off all the oxygen supply to the gravel.
just do a few water changes and dont over feed. also clean the glass with a sponge to get rid of the cocoons from the worms.
the water changing color sounds like it could be algae but mine (native tank) is always this color and its because of the color gravel and the light i have on it, when the light is off, it crystal clear.

I may have exaggerated about the yellow-green tint to the "haze" the color is there just very faint , What ever it is if I leave the aquarium lights on it sort of dissipates after an hour or 2 but the water goes back to crystal clear with the lights of after a couple of hours strangest part is that when you turn the auarium lights on the water remains clear for a little under a minute and then the "haze" begins almost as if filling the tank with smoke this is strange I may have to get video before people start to think im crazy as far as photo reactive algae it sounds like something worth checking out but ive never heard about that in an aquarium im confused with this strange water activity

Any progress in your search for a cure to the extraterestrial lifeforms in your tank?

Before i get started on doing the water change I set up the video camera to capture the "haze" but it didnt show up so all i got is some pretty cool video of a sunfish swimming around , I will check in about 10 minutes to see if this "haze " starts to develop again, its like a trigger effect when it does happen it pretty much take over the tank within a minute .But I think what ever it is is gone , Just to let you guys know i did leave the lights of for about 5 days so maybe that helped.

Thats because I had just turned on the lights after being off for five days . usually he/she swims around center/middle of the tank alot Unless I turn on the tv then he goes to the left side of the tank annd watches tv with us .weird I know.
