weird stuff on the sides of the tank

im lookin at my tank and i see pulp looking stuff stuck on the sides of the tank i put a pic up u can kinda see the white stuff

can you describe a little better? color, shape, pattern, length, is it fuzzy or ridgid? only in certain spots or all over?

Can't tell from the pic, it's too blurry. But if it's like a worm with a triangular head then it's probably a planaria.

Hydras are like mini mini jellyfish, no worries unless you have small fish fries. It's a sign that you have good water.

its crazy cuz i just filled the tank with tap water cuz i have ick and im treating it now that i have all new water and now i have this

dont worry man hydras are fine unless like said above you have small fry.
you could probably get rid of them by adding some aquarium salt.
and certain gouramis eat them.

can i jsut scrub them off the side of the tank and the filter will get em?
