I will eat a few bites of kidney before I feel disgusted but one bite of liver and I could throw up.

Do those of you that eat liver also drink urine? Taste is probably the same tbh.

Liver doesn't taste like urine. Improperly processed kidney does. I like kidney but only prepared myself once. Cutting away the silver lining in kidney is hard work, if not done properly, the dish will tastes of urine.

Livery taste is a little bitter on the tong and iron like, again stir fry with some tomatoes create a nice flavor profile.

+1... Wasn't told the rocky mountain oysters were testicles... I knew they weren't oysters... Now I wish I'd asked first.
