The weirdest thing I ever saw in one of my tank was this weird looking worm in a Reef tank I used to have. Lights were out but just an Actinic was on and saw this single worm wigging swimming through the water. It was white and about 4" long. Nothing to weird you think, but thought I catch it in a net so when I put the net into the water and as soon as I touch it it split up into 30-40 smaller worms instantly! they all scattered about the tank. I was like WOW!! didn't expect that. It was like a big bunch of small worm wrap together swimming as one big worm. Weird...
 
i found a black worm reproducing in my fish tank but was soon eaten
 
not weird but when i had my first sw tank as a kid, the pacific blue tang that my dad put in there as a birthday present. very awesome surprise.
