With the recent strains of flowerhorns available it's nigh impossible now to mix them up for pure species. I'm still quite against random breedings (like "firecons") and low quality fish that could be mistaken for trimacs/devils/midas'/texas' (and bloodparrots) but several of the new strains I find attractive, like the kamfas and there is no way anyone could pawn the offspring off as anything other than a hybrid.

No addiction, just a fluke. There are way to many nice CA cichlids out there for me to devote more tank space to hybrids.

Now in a 6' tank with pure CA and SA cichlids. Hopefully he's ok.

Good point^^ and nice fish. I have two titaniums I'm growing out right now. How did you get him for free?
