Discovery cove in Florida do, I was petrified of them when I went, was only 7... but you can swim with dolphins, small rays, huuuuuuuge rays, shark like things, turtles etc, it was mostly awesome :D

They had something like this at the Calgary Zoo a few years back .... unfortunately all the rays eventually died .... at first they blamed the deaths on peoples sunscreen ... later stated is was a combination of a number of things included (I believe memory isn't always great) poor filtration. But they sure were cool while they were alive.

I was going to mention TFP earlier...They have really gone down over the years.
 
Yeah they defanetly have. It's all smart ass teens now. Me and my friend literally almost got into a fight with 2 other employees because they wouldn't let us see a arowanna somebody gave them. It escalated quickly lol. Especially because I went there looking for one.
