HOLY S**T!!! Thats a monster! I think ill try and find one of those. Thanks for the project

Let me know if it works so i'm not wasting me time when i try it;) (smaller bins are available if you can't fit that one in your livingroom)

Ok i will try to find one and try it. Just ot keep it warm you need a smiwwing pool heater. There like 2,00.00 dolars so it may just be a swimming pool.

Plenty of space between the box section on the sides that aren't glazed to fit insulation to save heat;)

Ya totaly. Ok well Im gonna stick to a stock tank. Like a 250 gallon. And throw some channel cats in.

I learned for the first time a few months ago how to use a Mig welder. Msjinkzd's husband is teaching me and it's a lot of fun. He's helping me with a metal stand for my 120. Hopefully as soon as the weather gets a little nicer we'll finish it.

I'd love to pick up a Mig or Tig myself seeing how I'll need to use it on the car I'm restoring.

That would be nice to have a mig or tig. But im good at mig and exenelt are stick welding. And i can oxy-fuel fairly well. But i sont know. I was hoping to get a welding project out of someone with out have to do te chinese water tourter ;) but i was think like someone would have plans to turn a metal bedframe into a snake enclosure.

know my way around an acetylene torch, but learning tig welding for aircraft in the fall. pretty light duty stuff im afraid. some additional welding classes would do me some good. stands would be great to work on. always loved metal and hated wood lol

I am a screwball hack welder, MIG at home, but I prefer stick, just picking up on TIG. The Miller website has a projects section thats pretty good, and if you need to just throw around some welding banter, I have been checking out this welding website. The content is pretty decent, but some guys there get the big ol' internet muscles quite frequently. I dont have plans for anything, but some thing I have made that were pretty cool were an adjustable height, wheeled tool tray for my dad out of square tube and this tank stand. I plan on gettin busy with the arcs soon, building a rack setup for my wife's tanks ( and finishing VF's stand - but I just might make him wait ANOTHER seven months :D ). A few things I have planned for me are a stainless steel (rolled) smoker / pig roaster, a killer fab bench, and eventually when things calm down I want to try and build a tank out of stainless and glass - a BIG version of an old metaframe. How bout a hot rod radio flyer? cheap and easy - fun too. Maybe mod up a bicycle frame into a long lowrider or chopper? Just some ideas I have. Good luck with the project. Post some pics on what you get started.

i enjoy welding with electrods alot more then mig honestly i still have some projects that are 12 years old from highschool when i though man how hard is a 12 pass T Joint weld or when i could rock a 6010 but not a 6013. ive been brazing since i started racing and i started racing at age 14 because my roll cages alumium was really thin. im just a jack of all trades i have a teaching license im a licensed welder, and right now im going to school to be an engineer.
