My 220 got a chip missing from it and its been fine for 3 years lol. Looking at the pictures its 3/4 inch thick and 1/2 inch thick? That'll hold up perfectly fine.

I'm currently running an OLD SCHOOL 150 with 1/2" plate glass, no braces, and huge chips out of the corners haha, and its in my bedroom with zero issues. You'll be ok.

resilicone and fill it up and check for leaks before you for sure set it up just to be sure!

WAY bigger chunck out of the visible corner on my 90G, set up for 2+ years without an oissue. That little chip is nothing but character!

Reseal it! Use the good silicone, you'll not regret it!

i have a bunch of chips in the edge pf my 220. i put a two part epoxy in them. to take the sharp edges off. been running fine for 6 yrs
