Monsters! This thread has just reminded me of a dream i had recently where at the LFS which i work at had a load of baby wels cats in lol i dunno why i dreamt that lol

I am not getting it: is the OP saying they are legal or illegal in Iceland, and if so (legal or illegal), it depends on details: they are, e.g., "illegal" in UK but one can jump thru many hoops and get a license to own one.

Though I am new to any large breed of fish and do not yet have a place for one. I live in an apartment where I am not allowed to have any form of "pet". However, I do have land on my father's side of the family. Catfish are a favorite of mine. I am from Oklahoma, America. I want to make my first catfish "pet" a Wels. Anyone know how much it would cost to have a pond made large enough for 2 or 3 Wels?
