Does anyone know whither it is possible to get Wels Catfish in Canada, to be more specific Nova Scotia. thanks

It is probably for a large pond; getting an aquarium that is big enough for a wels wouldn't be cheap.
i stumboled apon a wels in a local contry max . well i was not ready for this fish ,it ate all the fish in the tank i 3 days and grew an intch a week every weel until i found a new home for it. im not saying dont get it just be ready.
Wels Catfish would need an extremely large tank. I wouldnt even consider it unless you were putting it into a good sized pond. Havent you seen "River Monsters".
Last I checked there wasn't any regulations against keeping them in canada. You might have provincial laws against certain species though.
Yeah man i don't know either but i feel bad that no one could answer you and just said "YOU NEED A POND" "YOU NEED A LARGE TANK/HAVENT YOU SEEN RIVER MONSTERS!!!!!!"
