Treat for internal parasites. The whole tanks, as you obviously didn't quarantine.

Treat them or all your fish will get infected by parasites from the lake.

i rasied the temp to about 82, added some aquarium salt, and also some parasite clear for internal and external parasites, and a water change coming tomorrow

yeah, if you bring in fish from the wild you have to treat them for parasites which they can and always will have. Hopefully you didn't put them with any tank raised fish.
