My first guess was some sort of baby apistogramma species, but I can't find any good juvie pics to compare them to.
 
Man i wish you could fish for fish like that over here in the UK. And i can't believe that fish were living in ditches like that.

theres ups and downs for everything.lol
and ya,looking at the ditches you see nothing.
but when you net theres so many bugs,beetles,fish,and more :nilly:
