went out netting-yard seine netting?????

my parents yard is still flooded so i brought out my 40ft seine net
my pops helped me
we seined a few times in the 6"-12" of water in there yard lol
the water is still flowing from fay
its been flowing for a week so im late
most of the fish got ate by birds or have went with the flow to the next place
my dad said when it first started flooding there was schools going through the yard
well i was a :screwy:

and didnt go till tonight
anyways
so heres what we caught in the yard
not much cus we are noobs at seining and its tuff to do in a foot of water lol
there was tons of skeeter fish but i only grabbed a few fattys

so after we seined
i tied the seine net to 2 trees across where the water is flowing
if gustav kicks off storms all day sunday the water will rise and flow more and everything that flows with the water should be in my net
i could already see minnows and tadpoles getting trapped
:naughty:

i left my dad air pumps and stones and buckets cus he gets up before i will be there
and the birds might love this lol
im hoping it doesnt fill up with to much leaves and crap
tuff to get pix of my setup cus it was night time when i did it
i will get day pix when i go back

hey trust
i already caught 3 blues in the yard so this net could fill up with blues sunday
