picked up a new aquarium light today. on the way out there stopped in a few goodwills found 2 packages of activated carbon 99 cents each and ammonia chips 99 cents for a 48 ounce container

the mostly just see fish bowls and maybe some rocks sometimes I find some filters

My lts is more expensive than petsmart lol. They have a cracked 20 gallon with old outdated equipment for $65.
my area isn't really a hot spot for fish people... I have seen a 10 before... to me anything worth having is at least 15-20 gallons... the closest fish store with tanks 100+ gallons is about 45 mins to 60 mins away, it is really nice and they even sell 265s! Only problem is I can only go about once every month 
i got my 120(48x24x24) there but besides that nothing were I am... my petsmart has a knolageable staff but there selection is not huge.. there tanks go up to 75 gallons, my petco has a very knolageable staff and there tanks only go up to 55 gallons, smalish selection... Chanis have small selections but I don't really mind common fish, I got a lot of fish that are in my 120 from petsmart... i have 1 fish in my main tank(120) it was a green terror... I do like to have some exotic fish to, i only have one fish that you can't buy at petsmarts and petcos...

Good find and a very nice cheap investment you got there! If the lamps get busted, you can replace. There is an LFS here that sells a lot of good stuff that most people have decided to throw away. From big tanks, to slightly used canister filters, everything. Makes me think, I need to do some digging some time. Too bad, I don't want to go there anymore after they refused me to return a GT!
