Heh. You sure took your time. Hope it's an easy fix. Did you already try correcting your diet?

no, i dont eat much, and i was there a week ago and did a pee test and everything was fine with that but last few days, its gotten a lil worse so when i got up i just went str8 to the docs office and demanded to see a doc right away and i got in 45 mins later. i dont have much food at my apt so i dont eat much.

Trader Joe's has a relatively high quality chewable multivitamin for like $5 that will last you a month. Granted, your body can't process everything in it, but it is great for the basic fat solubles and minerals. I'd be hitting that right about now. But only one a day! Excess vitamins can be dangerous.

Otherwise, collard greens and kale are cheap and about as good as a multivitamin if that floats your boat.

This is, of course, assuming your diet is somehow responsible for your condition. Which has yet to be defined.

in 2009 i weigh about 165 ( end of 2009 i ment ) and now i weigh 186. wow i put on alot of weight! but thats mainly my leg mussles tho i think. anyways what other multivitemens are there? and i dont think its my weigh tho neither does the docs. when they did the blood test on me my blood was comming out real slow ( i have small vains so they had to use a baby needle )

I don't know what you expect. By YOUR posts, since moving on your own, you;

1. Don't sleep much.
2. Don't eat much.
3. Sit on the couch most of the day (or, in front of the computer).
4. You smoke.

Just where do you think the feeling of weakness comes from?

I do hope the tests come out fine. But, you sure haven't been doing much to bolster your healthy life style.

Many people still fail to recognize wellness as a dynamic thing. It's not like you were fine one day and sick the next. Every day we put weights on either the good side or the bad side of the scale. Whether we like it or not.

When I first moved out of my parent's house, I moved into a party house. And guess what? Living on beer, weed and video games 24/7 just didn't work out. I'm actually pretty sure I experienced thiamine deprivation. One day I watched myself go nuts. I threw somebody's camera across the room and just stood there screaming words. I don't even know what I was saying. I couldn't stay there since everybody thought I'd snapped in worse ways than I had. Once I started eating right and walking a lot again, it was like air in my tires.
