im no expert but i would say any uncooked/uncanned vegetable, meat, and fruit at the grocery store would be healthy. eat it with rice for a full meal since rice is pretty cheap. my parents store a 25lb bag of rice under the sink and i don't think they've gone a day in their life without eating a bowl of rice
since you have spaghetti you could try adding pieces of meat into it for nutrition. i personally like the flavor of beef mixed in spaghetti sauce
