went to the petstore....someone stole 2 hamsters!

when i worked at a petstore the hot item to steal was the dog shock collars. they were kept in the back near the dog beds and dog houses. they costs over 100 bucks. ppl would steal them then try and forge a receipt and bring them back. for $$$$
i was an asst. manager and i would sometimes get in trouble when the gen. manager noticed that collars had been stolen. I told my manager to go **** himself. How am I supposed to watch over the thing in the very back of the store? Comes in a relatively small box easy to conceal and steal.
Retail is a hellhole and **** rolls downhill.
