Actually today it's just the first beam test, not the actual first collision. That's scheduled to happen on October 21, 2008. So thats when the world will end, or 4 years after that lol.
 
yeah...i woke up this afternoon and realised its still me here in this world with a 2 meter snakehead tank yet to be set up,that left a bitter taste in my mouth
 
If the world does indeed get destroyed, i'm gonna buy myself an asian arowana and not care what anyone says
 
the particle collider thing in Switzerland can create small black holes but these black holes are not strong enough to actually engulf the earth. A black hole sends out halkin radiation in forms of energy waves, a black hole sends out energy faster then it can take it in so that means a small black hole, like the ones the particle collider thing makes, wouldn't be able to grow large enough destroy the earth. It would not last more then a few moments So that means the earth is totally safe from any black hole destruction, atleast to my understanding.:)
