Will this be suffice for a wet dry? It will need to cover mechanical and biological filtration.

Looks good to me, the only 2 things I see is make sure there is enough space for the bio media, and also make sure the water level is high enough for the pump you are going to use...
 
I personally would put a more coarse pad over the AC's to emove heavier debris first so the pads don't clog up
 
So instead of using the filter floss you think I should use a more coarse pad on top of the AC110 sponges?

I've always used filter floss as a pre filter media because it's very easy to replace :D

yeah I'm hoping I do this right. still researching and i have to repair the cord on my pump so i probably won't have the wet/dry running until friday.

I saw you asking a dude about wolf fish shipping in another thread. I know a store out here that sell them for $15-20 depending on size.
