  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Re-did the over flow. I still am going to have a bypass in-case fine tuning is needed but it will feed to another DIY project idea i have IF it is needed.
Thanks to everyone for the help!!!

First problem I had was the intake of the pump was too high and was sucking air. I put a 90 on it and cut back the intake a little and everything seems to be running smooth. the bubbles are not building up in the overflow now. They seem to be getting sucked back very nicely.
Here it is now. Been running for an hour now...still tons of bubbles.

I have it backed off about a 1/4 of the way. I made a k1 style moving media bed that sits in the return pump side of the wet/dry and was running the bypass to it so I could run the pump wide open but it was causing a ton of micro bubbles that were getting spit back to the tank so now I am just running the wet/dry by itself with the pump backed off some.
