wet dry filter --???

But it also cuts my sump area for extra water due to power outage. I was going to use a 75gal and I wasnt going to have to make it work...but now I dont have the room for one. I dont know the hole size or spacing...but if I had to guess id say holes are maybe 1/4" and probably 1" apart. I know you got a formula for that lol

yep, they all get along and the next addition is 3 silver arowana, hopefully ill sell 2 before is time to move them to the 220g.
and then ill be adding a few cichlids

water is just bellow the bio balls, when i loose power it only fills up half way
hope is big enogh, what do you guys think

the pic with the cichlids is a 75g tank, im waiting for them to be big enough to move to the 220g
i also have another canister filter coming in the mail that will be added to the 220g, here is a pic of the 220g tank

got my canister filter today, it only cost me $60
its a Catalina aquarium
bioforce external filter 918
flow rate is 1200 L/h
it doesnt come with filter media
it has 4 big baskets for media, what can i use for bio filtration(something i can make at home) i hate to go and spend $100 on biomax or ceramic cylinders at petco
any ideas on what i can make
any coments will be apreciated
