Turn over:
How long (in time, usually 1 hr) it would take for a pump to move a certain amount of water, normally the amount your tank would hold.

Turn over rates vary from 3 to 10 times per hour depending on tank parameters.

What are you using for a filter and whats in the bio chamber?

The bio chamber is actually the filter. The mechanical is "Old Fashion Needle Punch Batting" that I get from Walmart (I hate Walmart, but don't know where else to get it). Underneath that are a several hundred plastic pot scrubbers.

Jo Ann ClothWorld or whatever they call it where you are has it by the yard in different thickness'.

I just picked up a hundred scrubbers for a new filter I'm making.

Hey, did you ever 'unroll' one of those scrubbers?
