Your kidding, right?!!

This is the DIY section, just do a search...no need to go anywhere else :wall: .

If you have any problem understanding any of them, just ask.

Hey yes i am serious, i'm sorry i wasn't more descriptive i was in a hurry

This is for a 518 gallon fresh water tank

It will be stocked hopefully with Rays, Clown Loaches(i have 3 right now in a 55), a Pleco (from my 55 when he gets 2 big, Arowanas, Clown Knifes, and Oscars (not sure how many of each any suggestions???)

The tank has 2 1 1/2 inch pvc pipes plumbed thru the bottomso i am gunna build overflows for one maybe both if that would be better and then need to build the sump but i don't wanna spend huge cash on a big tank cuz that would defeat the purpose of building if i could buy cheaper.

Any ideas on what the flow rate 2 1 1/2 in pvc pipes could handle and what flow rate i could go for?? and good descriptive plans and a list of what i would need for a big, and cheap sump(compared to bought filters)

K well i am gunna make one out of a 80 gallon rubbermaid container, and one of those lil plastic drawer units.
The drawer thing has 4 drawer in in so what should i put in them all and in what order???
The overflow runs at just over 1200GPH, so i am looking for a pump that can run 1000GPH at 7 feet

Top to bottom...Course A/C filter, Poly-fil, scrubbies, scrubbies half submerged. Leave enough room on the bottom for circulation (4"-6"in your case).

Is it done yet????? :nilly: (patience is not one of my virtues :D ).

Thanks Dr Joe, and nope it's not done, yet i don't even have my tank done yet, just puttin epoxy on the bottom and then re-siliconing it, then building the sump, but i will be taking plenty of pics of everything complete (once i figure out a wat to get the beast into the house that is)
