it has a steel bottom on it, so i put rust reformer on it to make sure that any rust that was on it was killed, then now i am puttin epoxy on to seal it

Oh, the Stand...and epoxy paint...now it's clear

No i am using an epoxy sealer for the bottom of the tank. It was made from a piece of steel and the old sealer is coming off so i needed to re-seal it. And i know what u mean about patience i have about a week before i can test fill it and make sure my silicone job is as good as i think it is.
