Post a pic please. It's interesting to see how it develops. It has pattern like a koliba, but over black substrate, it turned solid green. Now that it's on garnet, the light tan base color came out again. It's eating and growing well too.

Here's an example of a indo cb pbb without any defects. It's from 2011. It's just washed out. Not sure how they pump them out for 2017.

See now that indo CB PBB from 2011 looks good! I would pay $110 for that. But the ones from wetspot.

Same here when I got my first CB laps. They looked cool as babies, but grew into franken bichirs.

I am more optimistic about these CB Pbbs for two traits that are sticking out to me:

The dark stripe over the eyes (which i saw in WC Pbbs) and the pronounced dorsal stripe pattern.

Most of the fish in the wet spot photos have a nice head shape, and the patterns are looking very nice.

But what do I know? I'm insane.

I prefer the look of the WC Chads so I don't think one of these would fill the hole of my need for the PBB. if you do a quick google search most of the PBB on there look washed out and low quality and I just can't see myself risking $110 on something that I'm not positive on the quality of the fish especially because I'll be stuck with the ugly sausage if it does turn out to be low quality. haha

I agree. If you like look of a PBB, as I personally think is the best looking poly.....buy wild from Toyin. Spend the $, cuz it's not just the initial costs but the time and money spent to grow it out. After the long, hard work it'll pay off later and you won't be stuck with a dud. How much are WC PBB goin for nowadays?

Personally I have no clue because Toyin still hasn't got back with me. he seemed to think he would have some in soon so hopefully he gets his hands on some so I can get my hands on one!

I personally enjoy the process of growing out a fish so I don't really mind the gamble Tbh. I've spent 110 bucks on worse things
