WOW!!!!! All i the name of science. "It does stink...." I guess it does take a "whale" scientist to figure that one out.

i could seriously fall asleep now tonight and not wake up tomorrow cuz i have officially seen it all!

the whale did it on purpose! hahahahahaahaha

and now the whale is on his forum telling all his buddies
"dudes, i totally gassed this one research vessel!"

No need for them to hold it in!!! Since they said it stinks, I wish the whale was under the boat when it let go. That would have been priceless for the scientist's boat to rise 5 feet!!:ROFL::ROFL:

However, it is amazing that they now saying the whales are eating too many fish!!!!:screwy::screwy::screwy: Whales have been here longer than people, they never starved out and the food was always plentiful. The complaint should be that too many fish are harvested and not enough are left behind.

A possible idea would be create seasonal fishing. Where one type of fish is given a break for 1-2 seasons from fishing, internationally. Hopefully the fish would have time to recover. There needs to be other methods. Perhaps the fisherman can be hired to check populations with scientist on the off seasons to supplement incomes.

Bottom line, we take too much and instead of figuring out how to give nature a true chance, someone is always trying to find a loop hole to continue the onslaught.

For example, with whale fishing...Japanese whalers take whales to sell the meat. However, they are not supposed to. The catch...if they say the whales are taken for "Scientific Research" they can. So they put research and scientific on the vessels and it becomes legal.

there's no way to police international fishing though. who's in charge of it? who handles it when rules are broken?
