No dude it was real. Captain Paul/Sea Shepherd is very real. And the Japanese denyed attempting to assassinate Capt Paul, but they recovered a freakin bullet.
NO ONE SAY ANYTHING MORE ABOUT IT, I DVR'ed IT BUT HAVENT WATCHED IT YET!!

From what i have heard it hurts like h*ll getting shot even with the vest and leaves some good bruises. Also the "captain" stays inside the boat most the time.

It couldve been a low-caliber gun, EG a pellet gun, for intimidation rather than murder...

it was a lucky shot. they probably shot when the flashbangs exploded or used a suppressor.

aparently they said with the trajectory it came from a porthole not one of the people on deck so it was fairly unnoticeable

Also something this so called "crew" needs to understand that terrorizing japanese ships and throwing acid on them isn't going to stop whaling. I like the issue they support,but their actions are unnecessary.It's over dramatized,and risking the life of the other crew members while that fat guy sits in the boat all day doesn't help. IMO their acting more like terrorists than the japanese.

Unnecessary? Yea, lets let the japanese decimate the whales. Do you think its cut and dry? That they hunt completely legally, and sea shepherd is just a bunch of maniacs jumping in front of spear guns? Read into a bit before passing judgement.

I like the concept of saving whales and giving a show upon the subject,,,,BUT.....Piracy has been killing a lot of poeple in off the East Coast of Africa lately.....And showing these "greenpeacers" jumping on boats is pretty much technically the same thing.................

Yea, seriously, they must not show the crew armed with rocket launchers and automatic weapons on the tv show.

BTW...the sea shepherd is NOT associated with greenpeace.

I watched a few epi's. I can't beleive they try to pass off the whaling as research..

I think this is for a good cause.. but the discovery channel sucks at going to commericials at the wrong time.
