seems like bacteria infection to me. I don't know about the worm, it's a little blurred. what have you tried? too messy, so I have some difficulty in understanding.
I would use amocla (amoxicillin with clavulanic acid), it would be a little tough to get that for fish use, you may try nifurpirinol. I would deploy this treatment for 14 days without skipping any dose.

A. Its not uncommon I think it has to do with genetics also albinos tend to stay slightly smaller than normal sene's
