What’s happening to my Saratoga?

Hey guys, my Saratoga has been lethargic for a few days, as soon as I noticed it I checked and the ammonia was high, I assumed it was ammonia burn based off of what I’ve read, it’s just odd that none of the other, less hardy fish didn’t get affected, he’s meen floating at the surface with laboured breathing and has a clouded eye as well as what I can only describe as white mucusy stuff only on one side though, it’s a bit white and fuzzy so maybe fungus? I’d really like some advice! this fish is my pride and joy! Thanks! Photos are included:

Could be from the ammonia rise and causing symptoms. Would have to wait it out and keep the water in superb condition. Reduce stress. Dim lights etc.

Yep,if the ammonia is high do some water changes.Here's hoping the fish pulls through,it looks in pretty bad condition.

The tank size is 6ft X2ft x 2ft
There’s a green terror and a juvinile peacock bass (I am getting a bigger tank soon)
I do a water change every two weeks at 50%, I just noticed ammonia was high after a complete water change a few days back, I obviously got that under control asap
Tank has been running for 2 years
He last ate 4 days ago, he’s not eating
And I spotted the issues about 4 days ago, when he was hiding in the corner

he’s started to ulcer under the scales a bit, I was thinking maybe treat for a bacterial infection, it may be secondary and not the rout cause… but worth a shot

ammonia was high after a complete water change a few days back,

This is probably the cause of Arowana not eating and was stated above. Test your water source.
Are you adding a dechlorinator during water changes?

I do a water change every two weeks at 50%,

I suggest every week 50% or more.
