Do the math and it comes out to about 32g(24"x24"x13"/231= ~32g, subtract glass thickness and you've got about 30g) don't threaten to sue someone for YOUR mistake. a lot of companies will round up their tank sizes to the nearest tenth gallon just to make labeling easier(i.e. a 29g tank is really 28.05g) and they go by outside demensions so you're tank is always less than advertised but you don't see people sueing them.
 
its 30 gallon. its your own fault so stop saying ill kill the seller blah blah blah. if you arent happy thats too bad so sad. its ur fault so deal with it!

you got it all wrong.. he gave me the hood dimension so its 35G, but the actually tank dimension is smaller (you know those eclipse tank hood, its always thicker than the tank itself), so the actually is even less than 25G, (it calculate to about 22.5) but it rounds up to 25.

I shouldve do more research, even petco got one of this tank (brand new and exactly the same dimension), and they specifily said its a 25G.

A 25G is ok, if he say so, but he told me is a 35 (because of the hood dimension).. Where is that extra 10G of water gonna go?

Just like if you go purchase a 65G tank, and the store give you a 55G, will you be mad? :D

And I think I made my statement clear to him, he is his response..

hi ..if you are still not satify ,,.,,,,here is the option

either you return the fish tank + stand + canopy back .....and i give you $50 + 20 G tank back to you .....

OR

i can give you your 20G + $10 back to you ........so now the choice is yours ....call me whatever you like

i still dont understand how come you say that its 25 G .....i think you should also ask for any local store

If I buy a 25, I sure as heck will know what a 25 looks like before buying it.
It's your own fault for not seeing the obvious difference. You should have WALKED AWAY... yet you didn't....
 
I know I shouldnt be going crazily about this, but things have been bad lately... I guess I am a little over reacted, and let it all out on him..

Either I am stupid enough to fall for tricks over and over or its all just a convincidence that the seller make mistakes.. Always end up with things that are different.

I dont wanna yell at him (Id feel bad too), its just a sudden outburst of anger of the unfair trade..

Even if he refuse to do the trade back (Im not like going to persuit a legal action against him)
 
Most situations like this can be easy solved with the proper application of plastic explosives. Or you could call in an air strike. Maybe we could launch an Inter Continental Ballistic Missile at his house?
