Can you sue the heater company?
That is definateley a lot of money/emotional damage, thats what I would do

I ****ing hate half assed heater companies, did the potentiometer break?
 
yeah what type of heater and what happened so at least we can boycot the company if it is their fault


This is the one thing i am most paranoid of happening to my fish, so I only buy the best heaters. Besides that chlorine, but I just need to get a well
