k ive decided the move the filter and pleco from the 29 gallon tank over to the 150 hopefully this will help the cycling process in the 150 when its done ill move the filter back to the 29 hopefully when i get back from vacation (late next week) the cycling will be done

If you wanted a little insurance for the cycling why you arer away, I would get a bottle of the safe start. All you do is dump it in all at one time and wait. And since you will be gone the waiting will be easy for you.

my nitrite was at 0.5 ppm early in the cycle but now is at 0.

As it should, during a cycle...but why you are not seeing any nitrate increase, even a small one.

my 2 geusses are 1 for what ever reason the pot scrubbers i have, have chemicals in them that stops the bacteria from growing or that my pH is so low the bacteria cant establish themselves

1.Could very well be the problem..Chinese quality control has major issues, Olympic milk, lead paint in toys, yadda-yadda.
As we do not seem to make anything in the US anymore..everybody wants to wear a suit, sit in an office, make big,important decisions getting paid ridiculous salaries...breathe in the good air, out with the bad, sorry, sometimes the rant just escapes.
2.I do not think that is your problem.
