He has a NO refund policy. All I'd want is money back. I'm partially to blame for being a sucker. I don't want to try to get fish from someone that can't handle getting live fish to me with a no refund policy making me have to deal with them over and over. It's a vicious circle. Treat me like crap and I'm done. This guy could give a rats arse less if I'm happy or not. The guy can't even return messages.

Win some, loose some. OR deal with trustworthy sources like Wes and it's always a win-win. I should have known by the dodgy replies that it was a poor move to do business with the guy...... After opening a bag with a gutted fish in it I knew it was a bad idea. When I told him and he played dumb he just confirmed it was truly a poor decision.
