I just looked at this threadbut yeah, it is the Mystus vittatus (striped dwarf cat) they usually only get about 6" but can reach up to 8". They tend to have the stripes get darker as they grow and sometimes take on a golden color as breeding adults, I have been told they are easy to breed in small weedy pools with open areas and fine gravel bottoms, they are egg scatterers and when breeding they make clicking and grunting noises. They like a little salt but can do without it, and can be adapted to fairly strong brackish water as well so they can be kept with scats, archers, monos, etc. FHere is a comparison pic from Fishnpets
