synpilum/bifasciatum are both have alot more red in them and have rounder bodies. Im 99% sure that what you have a beautiful hartwegi.
 
Guessing game is over. Your fish is a Paratheraps guttulatus, a fine specimen, and probably a female due to the apparent lack of a dorsal filament. She should top out at around 7-9". She is a rheophilic and not related to any of the lacustrine Vieja.

Below is a wild-caught female P. guttulatus 'Rio Mosanito.'
