Are you serious? I can distinguish a Midas from an RD with just a glance at it. Yours is pure RD. It is pure RD because of the lips, body shape and the gill plate. Midas have a less round gill plate but RD's are more semi circle. Midas are much larger and have a more bulky body than any RD. If you can show me a pure devil that has the massive body of a Midas then I will say I am wrong. There are many different characteristics that are unique in each fish.

That's a ludacris statement. You can tell the genetic background of a fish based off phenotypic characteristics?

Who's to say it's not 90% lab genes 10% cit genes? Can you tell on a mix what percentage the lab is to the cit? It's not possible.

The only way to check on a fish of unknown lineage would be genetic sampling of wild labs and wild cits and then run a sample of a tank raised fish to check against the wilds.

Sorry I miss lead what you were saying lol. Yes you are right but if you look at that pic it has all RD's feature's, but you know some people don't even look human lol so it may be the same for other species.
