I had a tetracanthus back in the early 90s, very cool fish. Wish I could get some around here. Watch out for them, they are excellent at defending their territory, are highly piscavorous, and develop a nice set of chompers.

I sent this cichlid to repair for future homing in a tank at some business or home...I could not rick him eating some shellies or smaller neolamps

Probably a good choice. He would definitely been a threat to shell dwellers when he got larger.
