Before I get bashed, keep in mind I am growing out, then culling!!
230:
4 Barred Midas
4 Synspilum
Pair Dovii
4 Festae
Pair Firemouths
1 Orechromis taganikyae
3 'Red Texas'
2 Tomocichla tuba
1 Red Empress
1 Electric Blue
1 Ngara Peacock
9 Wild Neolamprolugus Sexfasciatus
1 Sailfin Pleco
1 8" Marbled Sailfin Cat
ehem...80 gallon sump for the 230 -
1 Black Rhom one side (post filtered)
1 RTC pre-filtered side
90:
Marine
8" Sailfin Tang
4" Asfur Angel
4" Sohal Tang
9" Green Bird Wrasse
(small crab in the 72 gallon sump -refugium section- unknown variety).
40 gallon
1 - 8" Tiger Datnoid
33 gallon
1 - 8" tigrinus
2 Baby Paroons (3")
1 4" male Nandopsis (Herichtys/Parapetenia - DECIDE ALREADY lol) bartoni
1 4" Chana lucius
1 3.5" Titanicus Pleco
Deciding what to keep in the 230 at the moment. Trying to cull them down to half for now, moving the paroons in when they hit 6", RTC sometime this week once I decide on exactly which fish to keep (he can eat some of them..)
Thinking of getting rid of my SW and converting it to the Sexfacsiatus to breed and start trying to cut some of my costs..but it has over 1K invested in live rock..
Originally, I only had 10 sexfasciatus in the 230 gallon to breed, until I ran across this stupid site that got me way too excited! Way too over-populated, even after culling..I need to seek help and stop buying! Most important to me is growing up some impressive midas with decent color (not a fan of the barred variety, really) and a huge nuchal hump.
BTW, next to my 7" Red Texas male, the firemouths rule one side of the tank/electric blue rules the other side even though they are half the size of most of the fish.
LFS (an expensive one in town) got in some 0.25" umbies for $15..unbelieveably expensive. How fun are they really to keep as compared to Dovii? Need to set-up yet another grow out tank, and do further culling later...
Anybody live in Calgary that want some fish??? lol
