Precisely. My advise would be to section off a portion for the female using the love door method. Once she get's used to the fact that this is her safe haven, remove the door's. Although, 75g is rather small for such a large pair.

If the tank were larger it would be possible to use a group of large target's to asist in forming the bond, but they would have to be removed once the pair spawn's.

u need a divider to start and a 75 is a bit small i have a smaller pair in a 75 and they need to go to a 125 soon .I have a 7" male and a 4.5-5" female and about 100 fry from 2 seperate spawnings and the 75 is a bit crowded oh and a 4" green phantom pleco is in there as well.
