I keep seeing that people suggest to use good quality fish flakes.. What brands are good and what brands should i avoid?

I asked the same question a while back, maybe a year ago. And got a pretty simple answer, "read the ingredients". If you look at the lower quality stuff, Tetramin for example, you'll see the first ingredient is Fish Meal, (ground scales and guts) then Ground Brown Rice(yum) then yeast. A bunch of junk.
Now, take a look at the Omega One fish foods: Whole salmon, black cod, halibut, whole shrimp, fresh kelp... and on and on. Good quality ingredients make good quality food. The rest is just filler.
