what are some fish that can survive extremely cold water.

If your pool gets 25F during the winter, then it's frozen solid. I could believe 30F water that is still liquid if it's flowing very strongly, but not 25F unless it's really, REALLY salty water or something

I have wondered this in the past but never researched it. I always thought that is would be cool to have some exotic fish in a pool or pond that I could leave out in the winter. I would think any fish that is in northern Europe, northern china, Russia or japan like koi would be OK.
